Full-Time Senior Residential Counselor

For full-time employees after successfully completing 6 months of employment
Responsibilities
Oversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environment
Provides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluations
Ensures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management services
Manages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group home
Participates in the development of all consumer related activities
Qualifications
BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
One-year experience working in a residential mental health setting
Relevant supervisory experience preferred
Valid New Jersey driver's license
