Full-Time Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages all of the operations of the Emerson TR program

  • Conducts all new consumer evaluations and completes intakes

  • Provides supervision to program staff and responsible for completion of all staff evaluations

  • Develops and reviews consumer treatment plans, demonstrating sound clinical skills through different treatment modalities

  • Establishes, maintains and approves all changes in staff schedules

  • Represents Residential Services at Partial Care meetings and/or any other meetings as delegated

  • Must maintain knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures as well as ensuring accurate clinical and administrative documentation

  • Develops in-program groups and activities

Qualifications

  • MSW in Social Work, MA in Psychology or a related field

  • Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disoorder

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License

$58,000 annual salary
