Full-Time Program Coordinator
Responsibilities
Oversees and manages all of the operations of the Emerson TR program
Conducts all new consumer evaluations and completes intakes
Provides supervision to program staff and responsible for completion of all staff evaluations
Develops and reviews consumer treatment plans, demonstrating sound clinical skills through different treatment modalities
Establishes, maintains and approves all changes in staff schedules
Represents Residential Services at Partial Care meetings and/or any other meetings as delegated
Must maintain knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures as well as ensuring accurate clinical and administrative documentation
Develops in-program groups and activities
Qualifications
MSW in Social Work, MA in Psychology or a related field
Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disoorder
Supervisory experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License

$58,000 annual salary
