Per-Diem Program Clinician (Passaic County)
Responsibilities
Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
Collaborates with prescribers and case managers
Qualifications
MSW with a NJ Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or MA in Psychology with a NJ Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
Experience in mental health/human services required
Valid Driver’s License
