Full-Time Program Coordinator
Responsibilities
Provides continuous supervision to case management staff and oversees the completion of performance evaluations
Develops service plans, generates monthly reports and statistics, including QCMRs and Medicaid billing summaries
Maintains an accurate record of consumer admissions, discharges, transfers, and hospitalizations
Must be able to accurately report relevant documentation on a daily basis
Qualifications
MSW in Social Work or MS/MA in Psychology or a related field
Two years of post masters experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Valid Driver’s license

Pay
$60,000 - $64,000 annual salary
