Full-Time Director of Housing
Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all residential services programs in Morris County, including group homes, CSS, and CHAMP (Care and Hope Morris Plains and Partnership).
Ensures that programs achieve the goals and objectives of the Agency.
Monitors the Division's program services, consumer records, service statistical system, and completes other paperwork as assigned.
Implements agency policies and procedures as per Manual
Prepares monthly and quarterly statistical reports in a timely manner
Monitors the flow of consumers to recovery services and ensures timely access to all services as well
Qualifications
Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work
Professional License
Five years of previous experience in mental health (preferably with the SPMI population) and two years of supervisory experience.
