Full-Time Certified Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

  • Assists consumers with personal care tasks, their activities of daily living skills, and applying the principles of proper body care

  • Provides supportive homemaker services to assist consumers in maintaining a safe and clean environment and securely maintain their personal items

  • Safely transports consumers in agency vehicles to and from scheduled medical appointments

  • Follows the prescribed treatment plan and provides input as needed

  • Documents all activities according to the agency’s procedures and reports any concerns to the program managers

Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in New Jersey

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Per diem availability upon request
