Full-Time Certified Home Health Aide
Responsibilities
Assists consumers with personal care tasks, their activities of daily living skills, and applying the principles of proper body care
Provides supportive homemaker services to assist consumers in maintaining a safe and clean environment and securely maintain their personal items
Safely transports consumers in agency vehicles to and from scheduled medical appointments
Follows the prescribed treatment plan and provides input as needed
Documents all activities according to the agency’s procedures and reports any concerns to the program managers
Qualifications
High school diploma
Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in New Jersey
Valid Driver’s License
Per diem availability upon request
