Full-Time Assistant Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Assists the program coordinator with the management of administrative and clinical functions of the program

  • Provides supervision to program staff and assists in the completion of performance evaluations

  • Develops, reviews, and updates IRPs and demonstrates sound clinical skills utilizing different treatment modalities

  • Must demonstrate knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures and ensures service provisions and documentation align with regulatory bodies

  • Provides IMR services and crisis intervention to consumers as needed

  • This role is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to grow into a supervisory position and gain meaningful leadership experience in a supportive team environment

Qualifications

  • MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field

  • Three years of previous clinical experience in a psychiatric setting

  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey preferred

  • Valid Driver's license

$54,000 annual salary

Shift

Monday through Thursday,
9am - 5pm

Friday 9am - 4pm
