Full-Time Assistant Program Coordinator
Responsibilities
Assists the program coordinator with the management of administrative and clinical functions of the program
Provides supervision to program staff and assists in the completion of performance evaluations
Develops, reviews, and updates IRPs and demonstrates sound clinical skills utilizing different treatment modalities
Must demonstrate knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures and ensures service provisions and documentation align with regulatory bodies
Provides IMR services and crisis intervention to consumers as needed
This role is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to grow into a supervisory position and gain meaningful leadership experience in a supportive team environment
Qualifications
MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
Three years of previous clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey preferred
Valid Driver's license
