Full-Time Assistant Program Coordinator (Rutherford LTR)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of measurable treatment plans

  • Demonstrate good case management skills in a wide range of treatment modalities

  • Ensure safe and adequate living arrangements for consumers.

  • Review cases on a regular basis as delegated by Program Coordinator.

  • Aid in staff development and hiring and completes staff evaluations according to program policy

  • Establish, maintain and approve all changes in staff schedules.

  • Provide staff supervision

  • Ensure all documentation is timely and consistent with Agency procedures

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency with Agency’s fiscal and billing procedures, e.g. rents

  • Must be able to provide on call coverage

Qualifications

  • MSW, MA in psychology, or a related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of three years direct services experience.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • Valid Driver’s License

$52,000 annual salary

Shift

Monday through Friday,
8:30am - 4:30pm

Some evenings may be required
