Full-Time Administrative and Facility Assistant
Responsibilities
Organizes and maintains Agency vehicle paperwork for Facilities Manager in a neat, organized and up-to-date manner.
Schedules and maintains records of routine vehicle maintenance.
Assists in the coordination of repair and maintenance of Agency vehicles.
Assists in the coordination of repair and maintenance of Agency facilities, equipment, and appliances.
Purchases Agency supplies, equipment and materials as directed by Facilities Manager.
Prepares vendor invoices and submits for payment in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Knowledge of Word processing and computers.
Valid New Jersey driver’s license
