Full-Time Administrative and Facility Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and maintains Agency vehicle paperwork for Facilities Manager in a neat, organized and up-to-date manner.

  • Schedules and maintains records of routine vehicle maintenance.

  • Assists in the coordination of repair and maintenance of Agency vehicles.

  • Assists in the coordination of repair and maintenance of Agency facilities, equipment, and appliances.

  • Purchases Agency supplies, equipment and materials as directed by Facilities Manager.

  • Prepares vendor invoices and submits for payment in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required

  • Knowledge of Word processing and computers.

  • Valid New Jersey driver’s license

$36,350 annual salary

Shift

Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
