Responsibilities

• Facilitates a variety of therapeutic activities, art therapy groups, and cognitive stimulation groups

• Responsible for researching new activities and implementing them into groups

• Must be able to maintain a sound therapeutic relationship with our consumers and utilize crisis intervention skills as needed

• Function as a team member; covering co-worker’s duties, including: van-driving, communicating consumer concerns to other team members

• Actively serves as a member of the treatment team and assists team members with other assigned duties

• Must be able to adhere to the organization’s documentation standards and complete updates in a timely manner
